What people said

“Wooden tweezers for removing things from the toaster. Cheap as chips and has saved me from burnt fingers and husband from electrocution - as he never got to grips with the idea that sticking a knife into the toaster isn't a good idea.”

“Used Kindle Paperwhite (2015 model) for £30 It is the only possession I cherish.... usually side load epubs.... Also rice cooker (was a gift) as I eat rice daily... really essential for me (no microwave, hate them).”

“Cast iron pan and Dutch oven. I know people talking about their cast irons is a bit of a meme, but I barely use anything else since I got mine. Hard wearing and easy to use, can be out in the oven or a bbq or on the hob. They're just great all round pans. Also a half decent chef's knife and a sharpener.”
